About Hyperdrive
Hyperdrive is a DeFi protocol built on Hyperliquid’s HyperEVM, positioned as the main DeFi hub within the Hyperliquid ecosystem. It focuses on a stablecoin money market, letting users lend, borrow, and access yield strategies using supported assets. Users can earn yield on stablecoin deposits, deploy one-click strategies such as the leveraged HLP vault, and use crypto as collateral. Hyperdrive also offers a 0% fee liquid staking product, HYPED, for HYPE tokens.
Why we choose Hyperdrive?
We selected Hyperdrive because it aims to be the central DeFi layer on Hyperliquid’s HyperEVM, combining money markets, yield strategies, and liquid staking in one ecosystem. The protocol’s focus on stablecoin-based yield and collateralized borrowing, along with its HYPED liquid staking for HYPE, makes it structurally important within Hyperliquid. Additionally, its $6 million Series A funding led by HackVC and Arrington Capital, with support from notable investors, underscores its ecosystem relevance.

How to get Hyperdrive Airdrop?
1. Visit the official Hyperdrive platform in your browser.
2. Connect your compatible crypto wallet to Hyperdrive.
3. When prompted, switch your wallet’s network to Hyperliquid HyperEVM and confirm the network change.
4. Acquire supported assets:
– Get USDe and USDT0 (e.g., by purchasing stablecoins on Binance and swapping as needed).
– Use Hyperbridge to bridge your stablecoins to HyperEVM and complete a LayerZero transaction.
– Obtain HYPE tokens from Hyperliquid’s spot market and transfer them to HyperEVM within the dApp.
5. Supply HYPE tokens to the LST market if you want to use the liquid staking functionality.
6. Navigate to the Hyperdrive lending section and view the available lending markets (e.g., USDe, USDT0).
7. Review the current interest rates and terms for each market and choose your preferred market.
8. Enter the amount of tokens you wish to deposit.
9. Approve token spending:
– When prompted, allow Hyperdrive to access the chosen token.
– Specify and confirm the spending cap in your wallet.
10. After approval, click the “Lend” (or equivalent) button on the platform.
11. Carefully review the transaction details and confirm the transaction in your wallet.
12. Once confirmed, your deposit will start earning APY according to the selected market.
13. Use your referral link (if available) to invite friends; you will earn 10% of all points they generate, increasing your total points and potential future rewards.
