Mitosis Airdrop

To qualify for the Mitosis airdrop, you will need to join the Mitosis Expedition and accumulate MITO Points. There are two main ways to earn Points:

• Deposit assets on Mitosis
• Collecting Mitosis Badges

Additionally, you can also join the Game of MITO to earn prioritized access to Mitosis’ upcoming Incentivized Testnet. We will explain this in detail below.

How to earn Mitosis Airdrop: Participate in Mitosis Expedition (deposit funds) + Join Game of MITO waitlist + Complete Mitosis Galxe tasks.

Recommended strategy: For Mitosis Expedition, you can deposit on newer miAssets on Layer 2s to earn a nice boost multiplier. For example, depositing during ezETH’s Epoch 1 on Arbitrum will earn you a 1.9x Point boost (1.7x + 1.2x).

In Mitosis Expedition, you can deposit various assets to receive matching miAssets. Holding these miAssets will earn you MITO Points tied to each asset type, entitling you to future $MITO airdrops allocated specifically for that asset.

For example, when depositing Ether.Fi’s weETH, you will get miweETH. Holding miweETH will earn you MITO Points (weETH), effectively representing your future $MITO airdrop of the weETH pool.

Before starting, prepare some LSTs (weETH, weETHs, uniETH, ezETH, or uniBTC) on the network of your choice (Ethereum, Arbitrum, Linea, Scroll, Mode, Blast). If you are holding ETH, swap to LST of choice on Uniswap or Jumper Exchange. The more funds you use, the more MITO Points you will earn.

#1: Deposit in Mitosis:

Visit the Mitosis website and connect your wallet. On the main page, use the left dropdown menu to select your deposit asset. 

Each asset will have 4 different deposit caps called Epoch, with higher Epochs receiving a lower Point boost. You can choose to deposit on newer assets with lower Epoch to earn a higher boost. 

Next, choose your deposit network using the right dropdown menu. Each network has its own Point boost.

We recommend depositing on available Layer 2 rather than the Ethereum Mainnet for a higher Point boost and less gas fees.

After selecting your deposit asset and network, enter the deposit amount and click on Deposit.

The more funds you deposit into Mitosis, the higher MITO Points you will earn.

#2: Collect Mitosis Badges:

Note: These Badges are separate and repeatable for each miAssets. Don’t forget to claim your MITO Points on all available miAssets. 

There are currently 28 Mitosis Badges, each providing you with MITO Points as rewards. You can earn Badges by:

• Completing one-off Onboarding missions
• Reaching deposit milestones
• Having roles in Mitosis Discord

Free Badges:

There are 2 Badges with 1500 MITO Points that you can claim without depositing any assets.

Visit the weETH Mitosis Dashboard and scroll down to Your Mitosis Badges. In the Onboarding section, connect your Twitter account, complete the task, and claim a total of 1500 MITO Points. 

Deposit Badges:

There are other Badges that require a deposit or referral milestone to claim. 

Visit the Mitosis Dashboard and click on Info to view each Badge’s requirement. Complete them if possible to maximize your MITO Points.

Community Collaboration Badges (Discord roles):

There are several Collaboration Badges available for users who have special roles on Mitosis Discord.

Join the Mitosis Discord and navigate to the |role-verify channel. Scroll up and click on the Verify button to check and get your available roles.

After claiming your roles, navigate back to the weETH Mitosis Dashboard. Connect your Discord by clicking on Check Eligibility, then claim your MITO Points.

#3: Refer friends:

You can also refer friends to Mitosis and earn a MITO Point boost. 

Visit the Mitosis Dashboard and copy your referral code. Refer friends using this code to maximize your MITO Point earnings.
Note: Your Twitter account must be ≥ 1 month old and has ≥ 10 followers to earn this boost.

#4: MITO Point Boosts:

There are additional boost for your MITO Point earnings:

• Testnet Boost: If you have joined Mitosis Testnet before and achieve tiers higher than Bronze, you will get this boost.
• Holding Duration Boost: The longer you hold miAssets, the higher boosts you will get (minimum 0.1 miAsset).
• Bracket Boost: The more miAsset you hold, the higher boosts you will get.
• Morse Holder Boost: You can hold Morse (Mitosis’ DN404-based NFT) to earn a 1.3x boost. You can buy the NFT here or buy $MORSE tokens here (minimum 1 $MORSE to be eligible) – NFA.  
• Top 100 Leaderboard: You can receive some boosts being in the MITO Leaderboard. 

Mitosis has announced their Incentivized Public Testnet, Game of MITO, set for launch in Q4 2024. 

You can now join the Game of MITO waitlist for early testnet access. Initial waitlist ranking will be based on your wallet balance, Mitosis Expedition deposits, and MITO Points.

#1: Registration:

Visit the Mitosis waitlist website and connect your wallet. Click on Register then sign a gasless message to confirm your registration.

Next, enter your nickname and email address, then click on Next. 

#2: Use Superpass (optional):

Superpasses are special codes rewarded to the Mitosis community. Using a Superpass grants you privileges such as priority Testnet access and additional launch benefits.

Connect your Discord:

You must connect your Discord first to receive available Superpasses.

On the MITO Dashboard, scroll down and click on Connect Discord. 

Check & use Superpasses:

Visit the MITO Dashboard and scroll down to the Superpass section. Check if you have any Superpass using the right menu, and enter it on the left.

You can also give unused Superpasses to friends and receive a portion of their XP once the Mitosis Testnet starts.

#3: Boost your ranking:

There are several ways to increase your ranking on the Game of MITO. Higher ranks will receive earlier access to the Testnet.

Giving likes:

From the MITO Dashboard, click on the Explore button. Visit any of the featured profiles and click on the Heart icon to like them.

You have a limit of 3 likes per day, resets at 0PM UTC+0. Use all your likes everyday to maximize your ranking.

Receiving likes:

Receiving likes from other community members can also boost your ranking.

From the MITO Dashboard, copy your profile link using the top-left button, and share with others for likes. You can also share your profile in Mitosis Discord => |referral-train channel. 

Mitosis Expedition:

You can boost rankings by accumulating more MITO Points on Mitosis Expedition. The more Points you have, the higher your ranking will be.

Check-in streak:

You can earn bonus points for every 7-days check-in streak.

Visit the MITO Dashboard and scroll down to Daily Mission. Click on Share Post to check-in. Repeat this step everyday to maximize your ranking on the Game of Mito waitlist.
