About Nerite
Nerite is a decentralized finance protocol on Arbitrum and an enhanced fork of Liquity v2. It introduces USND, an over-collateralized stablecoin pegged to $1, designed for improved utility, security, and scalability. Users open troves by depositing ETH as collateral and borrow USND at zero interest. Nerite combines Liquity’s proven mechanisms with new features such as immutable design and user-defined interest rates, aiming to increase flexibility and efficiency in stablecoin-based borrowing and yield generation.
Why we choose Nerite?
We selected Nerite because it extends Liquity v2’s stablecoin model with added flexibility and user control, including custom interest rates and immutable protocol design. The project has launched its USND stablecoin, integrated with multiple DeFi platforms on Arbitrum and Ethereum, and introduced Shell Points as an on-chain loyalty system that distributes real tokens daily. Clear references to a future NERI governance token and dedicated incentive allocations highlight Nerite’s focus on long-term ecosystem growth.

How to get Nerite Airdrop?
1. Set up your wallet and networks
– Install a Web3 wallet (e.g., MetaMask) and add Ethereum mainnet and Arbitrum networks.
– Ensure you have ETH on mainnet for gas fees and some ETH on Arbitrum; bridge assets using a bridge such as Rhino.fi if needed.
2. Mint or acquire assets needed for Nerite
– To get USND:
– Option 1: Purchase USND on DEXes like Squid Router, Camelot, or Bunni on Arbitrum.
– Option 2: Visit the Nerite app on Arbitrum, open a trove by depositing ETH as collateral, and mint/borrow USND.
– To get yUSND:
– Deposit USND into the Yearn Stability Pool vault in the Nerite ecosystem to receive yUSND.
– To get BOLD:
– Visit DeFiLlama Swap on Ethereum mainnet.
– Connect your wallet, select ETH or another token to swap, and choose BOLD as the output token.
– Confirm the swap and wait for BOLD to arrive in your wallet.
3. Optional: Mint the Nerite Go Slow Open Edition NFT
– Follow Nerite’s official links to the NFT mint page when available.
– Connect your wallet and mint at least 1 Go Slow NFT to potentially qualify for future rewards and a 20% Shell Points bonus.
4. Provide liquidity to USND-related pools on Arbitrum
– USND-BOLD pool on Bunni:
1) Go to the Bunni interface hosting the USND-BOLD pool.
2) Connect your wallet on Arbitrum.
3) Deposit USND and BOLD into the pool to create an LP position.
4) Adjust your price range if required and confirm the transaction.
5) Keep your position in range and held over time; rewards (including NERI) will be calculated retroactively based on your share of liquidity.
– USDC-USND Balancer pool (LP Boost with 20X Shell Points):
1) Visit the primary USDC-USND Balancer pool on Arbitrum.
2) Connect your wallet and select how much USDC, USND, or both you want to deposit.
3) Approve tokens and confirm the deposit transaction.
4) Hold your LP position to accumulate 20X Shell Points daily, especially ahead of veBAL bribe incentives starting December 17, 2025.
5. Deposit into Privacy Pools with yUSND
– Acquire yUSND as described above.
– Visit the Privacy Pools deposit page for Arbitrum.
– Connect your wallet and select yUSND as the deposit token.
– Enter the amount, approve yUSND if prompted, and confirm the deposit.
– Leave funds deposited during the campaign to earn Shell Points while contributing to the privacy set.
– Later, withdraw to a new wallet address to receive yield with enhanced privacy.
6. Earn Shell Points via Nerite core activities
– Mint USND via the Nerite Protocol by borrowing against your collateral to earn 1x Shell Points weight.
– Deposit USND directly into Nerite Stability Pools:
1) Open the Nerite app.
2) Navigate to Stability Pools.
3) Choose a pool, enter your USND amount, approve, and deposit.
– Convert USND to yUSND by depositing into the Yearn Stability Pool vault to earn 1.5x Shell Points weight.
7. Provide liquidity across partner platforms for extra multipliers
– Spectra (3x weight):
1) Visit Spectra’s yield trading pool where yUSND liquidity is supported.
2) Connect your wallet and deposit yUSND to the pool.
– Balancer primary USND-USDC pool (2x weight):
1) Use the Balancer app on Arbitrum.
2) Deposit USND, USDC, or both into the primary pool.
– Camelot primary USND pool (2x weight):
1) Visit Camelot on Arbitrum.
2) Select the main USND liquidity pool.
3) Provide USND (and any paired asset, if required) and confirm.
– Bunni USND liquidity (2x weight when active):
1) Check if USND liquidity on Bunni is active.
2) If available, provide USND liquidity following the pool-specific instructions.
– Teller (coming soon): once live, deposit or borrow against USND to earn Shell Points according to Teller’s interface.
8. Use BOLD on Liquity to target NERI incentives
– Supply BOLD to Liquity’s Stability Pools on Ethereum mainnet:
1) Go to liquity.app.
2) Connect your wallet on Ethereum mainnet.
3) Navigate to the “Earn” section and choose a stability pool.
4) Click the “+” icon, enter how much BOLD to deposit, and confirm the transaction.
– Optionally, use other Liquity DeFi integrations to deepen your usage.
– Check your Liquity v2 leaderboard rank on Dune Analytics.
– Maintain and grow your activity; NERI tokens will be distributed later based on your leaderboard score, with 2.75% of supply reserved for these users.
9. Maintain positions to maximize long-term rewards
– Keep USND and/or BOLD in relevant stability and liquidity pools for extended periods, as long-term deposits are favored in the fair distribution systems.
– Monitor the Nerite app’s leaderboard page to track your Shell Points and positions.
10. Source assets and stay updated
– If you need USDC or ETH, you can purchase them on centralized exchanges such as Binance before bridging to Arbitrum.
– You can also swap into USND using DeFiLlama Swap; ensure you have sufficient ETH for gas on Arbitrum.
– Follow Nerite’s official X (Twitter) account and other official channels for updates on NERI token launch, changes to incentive percentages, and new integrations.
– Always verify that NERI is not yet live and be cautious of any unofficial token claiming to be NERI.
