About Unimon
Unimon is an NFT-based game on the Unichain blockchain that blends decentralized finance (DeFi) with gaming. Players mint Unimon eggs as NFTs, which later hatch into unique Unimon creatures. These Unimon can be leveled up and used in competitive battles for rewards. The game unfolds in three phases: minting eggs, hatching and leveling creatures, and finally engaging in daily battles. Unimon integrates with Uniswap v4 hooks, linking on-chain NFT gameplay with DeFi infrastructure.

We selected Unimon for its structured, three-phase design that ties NFT ownership, progression, and competitive play into a clear reward system. The project leverages Uniswap v4 hooks on Unichain to merge gaming mechanics with DeFi features, enabling players to interact with both ecosystems simultaneously. With a 40 ETH prize pool for top battle performers and early participants receiving more in-game UMN tokens, Unimon positions itself as an incentive-rich, experiment in on-chain gaming and finance.

How to get Unimon Airdrop?
1. Prepare ETH for minting:
– Buy a few dollars’ worth of ETH on a centralized exchange like Binance if you don’t already have some.
– Withdraw the ETH to a low-cost L2 network (such as Arbitrum, Optimism, or Polygon) in your personal Web3 wallet.
2. Bridge ETH to Unichain:
– Go to Rhino.fi.
– Connect your wallet and select the L2 network where your ETH is held as the source.
– Choose Unichain as the destination network and bridge the amount of ETH you plan to use for minting (plus extra for gas).
3. Connect to the Unimon app:
– Visit the official Unimon application website.
– Connect your Web3 wallet that now holds ETH on Unichain.
4. Mint Unimon eggs:
– In the Unimon app, navigate to the minting section.
– Choose how many eggs you want to mint.
– Swap 0.0111 ETH per egg (plus gas fees) to complete the minting transaction.
5. Receive UMN tokens:
– After each successful mint, UMN tokens will be automatically credited to your wallet.
– Earlier minters receive higher UMN allocations, so minting sooner may yield more UMN.
6. Wait for Phase 2 to begin:
– Monitor Unimon’s announcements and dashboard for progress toward the 5,000 egg soft cap.
– Once the soft cap is reached and Phase 1 ends, Phase 2 (hatching) will start.
7. Hatch your eggs in Phase 2:
– Return to the Unimon app when Phase 2 is live.
– Select the eggs you want to hatch.
– Allocate your UMN tokens to each egg; higher UMN amounts generally improve trait quality and rarity.
– Confirm the transaction to hatch your eggs into Unimon NFTs.
8. Strategically level your Unimon:
– Use the in-game mechanics (as they become available) to level up your Unimon.
– Distribute your efforts and UMN usage across multiple Unimon based on your strategy for rarity and strength.
9. Prepare for Phase 3 battles:
– Stay updated via Unimon’s social channels for the launch of Phase 3.
– Learn the battle rules and mechanics once published.
– Enter your leveled Unimon into daily battles.
10. Compete for ETH rewards:
– Participate regularly in battles to improve your ranking.
– Aim to finish in the top 32 players, who will collectively share the 40 ETH prize pool.
11. Stay engaged with the ecosystem:
– Follow Unimon’s announcements for phase transitions, strategy tips, and potential future updates.
– Consider minting multiple eggs and adjusting your UMN allocation strategy over time to maximize your chances of rare, competitive Unimon.
